A 14-year-old male neutered cat was presented with right blepharospasm and epiphora.
Examination revealed a right paracentral corneal ulcer and the flattened anterior chamber had a wrinkled appearance. On the left eye there was a paracentral oedematous bulla.
The diagnosis was of acute bullous keratopathy and uveitis, and this was successfully treated with surgical keratectomies and bilateral conjunctival pedicle grafts. The results of neuro-ophthalmic examinations were normal four months postoperatively.
