I am a Diplomate of the European Veterinary Dentistry College. I started my love for dentistry when I was a veterinary student. Since I qualified from Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2008, I have been pursuing specialization in this beautiful field. By chance, I ended up at the Onderstepoort Veterinary Academic Hospital in Pretoria in 2009. Since then I have work in many countries in Southern Africa, the UAE and UK. In 2012, Dr. Lisa Milella gave me the opportunity to start an alternative Pathway residency through the EVDC, to which I completed in 2019. I became a diplomate of the EVDC in 2021.
I joined Southfields and Davies Veterinary Specialists in January 2021 and started their respective dentistry and maxillofacial surgery services. In August 2023, I joined Bristol Vet Specialists as a full-time consultant in my field.
My main interests are oncological surgery, craniomaxilofacial trauma, temporomandibular joint pathology and wildlife dentistry.
Outside of clinical practice, I like teaching under and post-graduate veterinarians and nurses, as well as research.
When not at work, I like surfing, hiking, and cycling with my wife.
