Except of the transverse incision I have settled on a similar technique through trial and error (funnily enough because I always hated closing scrotum skin as well). I ligate the tunica as well but haven’t removed (I do this with dogs now too and find far fewer complications!) but now I will. 

Question: What are your premed doses?

I purchase them from Amazon and then we autoclave them individually
