This dog presented for gastrointestinal problems but during GA it was observed that his back molars, bilaterally, upper & lower were all severely damaged. All other teeth appear perfect. I'm wondering if this is likely to be part of a systemic problem as I have never seen such severe and unusually localised damage from trauma.
