Howard Wilder has been elected chairman of the National Office of Animal Health for 2008-2009. He is the managing director of Genitrix Ltd. The election took place at NOAH's AGM in London on 23 April.

Mr Wilder was elected to the NOAH Board of Management in 2005 and appointed Vice-Chairman in May 2006. He replaces Graham Dick who now becomes NOAH past-chairman.

Commenting on his appointment, Mr Wilder said: "NOAH provides an important forum in which animal medicine manufacturers can come together on an equal footing to discuss the issues and opportunities they are facing and developments in the sector."
