We’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon at Salisbury Companion Care to strengthen our team whilst we forge a new path into modern veterinary practice.
Our previous JVP has now left us after 16 years, so we’ve got an exciting opportunity for you to join our excellent clinical team working under our Clinical Director to embrace 21st century veterinary medicine.
About Us
We are a busy small animal practice that operates with the benefit of a brand support office. We have a freshly refurbished practice with all the mod cons. We have an exceptional reputation, and staff that have been here since we opened 16 years ago. We’ve never needed to advertise for clients and value our loyal, long standing client base with whom we’ve cultivated wonderful relationships. We offer surgical procedures, dental, digital x-ray, ultrasound, with some in house lab testing facilities.
We can offer a fantastic location to work, situated in a popular retail park with free parking and both a supermarket and a 24-hour gym next door, based in the beautiful historic city of Salisbury surrounded by stunning countryside. The New Forest is on our doorstep, London is just over an hour away by train and the coast is a 30-minute drive south.
About You
Not only do we need someone who is comfortable with consulting, sole charge, and general surgery, but we want someone with vision and ideas, who will join our tight knit team and help us to achieve a gold standard in animal care. We are to be rebranded next year and there is no better time to join us to have a say in the future direction of the practice.
You will have been qualified for a minimum of 5 years and have UK experience, be fluent in English if it isn’t your first language and be driven, efficient, thorough and enjoy the company of colleagues that strive for excellence.
