You will be supported by our experienced Clinical Director and friendly team of RVNs (one with Emergency and Critical care cert), Practice Manager (certificate in Feline Nursing) and brilliant reception team. There will be occasional sole charge whilst we grow our veterinary team.

 

Our caseload is broad and varied for a 1st opinion practice and there is the opportunity to develop surgical skills. For example, we have some orthopaedic equipment for less complex fracture repairs.

Typically, the full-time position is 40 hours per week over 4 days with 1:4 Saturday morning (9:00am-13:00pm). We would also welcome part time applicant, for example 1-3 days per week. There is no OOH.

We're a well-established RCVS training practice with a good reputation looking after the veterinary needs of a large and loyal client base since 1989. The cities of Bristol, Newport and Cardiff are all within a reasonable commute of the practice, along with the beautiful South Wales coastline, the Forest of Dean and Brecon Beacons.

Our modern, well-equipped practice boasts Bio-Chemistry and Haematology Idexx machines, Digital x-ray processors, dental machines and multiparameter monitors.
