We are a friendly, independent small animal practice situated close to the picturesque Lickey Hills, Birmingham. We have low staff turnover with vets supported by RVNs, ANAs and reception staff, many of whom have been with the practice for over 10 years. Many of our clients have been with us for the last 20 years and provide plenty of chocolate at Christmas. We assure clinical freedom with minimal sole charge and room to pursue interests. There is opportunity for partnership in the future for the right candidate. Appointments are generally 20 minutes, with time during the day for phone calls, writing clinical notes and most importantly, lunch . We are equipped with digital x ray, in house blood and ultrasound, with a yearly budget for new equipment if required. We are looking for an experienced small animal vet to join our family friendly, team practice on a full time basis three full days per week 8.30am -7pm and possibly Saturday mornings 8.30 am till 1pm. OV desirable for mainly AHCs. No out of hours, five working weeks holiday plus bank holidays, CPD allowance, RCVS and VDS fees paid. Renumeration £40000 to £60000 dependant on experience and works pension scheme.
