Veterinary Surgeon Required

We are a single site, independent practice, in Coventry, looking for a dynamic small animal veterinary surgeon to join our successful and growing team.

This role will suit an experienced all-round vet who is happy and confident with a mixture of ops and consults. Ideally you will have a minimum of 2-3 years UK experience, but all levels will be considered including new graduates.

We are a RCVS Approved Graduate Development Practice and have a really supportive team here.

The successful applicant will be joining an exceptional team of 7 other talented vets, 10 supportive RVN’s, 1 SVN, 5 amazing receptionists and management team.

The practice is proud to be a ISFM Gold accredited practice, Silver Rabbit friendly and RCVS accredited practice.

Hours: Maternity cover/Permanent, hours 20-38 hours, 2-4 day week, with 1 in 6 Saturday mornings, no OOHs, Bank holidays, or Sundays

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience up to £75k per annum, pro rata

Must haves:

• RCVS registered and qualified
• 1+ years post grad, Small Animal Experience

About the practice:

This independent practice is a fast paced, forward thinking, established practice with an excellent reputation within the community. The Practice has been caring for the local animal community since the 1985’s and is a small animal practice.

You will be pleased to know that all modern equipment is in place including, Doppler ultrasound, digital Xray, dental Xray, endoscopy, multi-parameter monitors including capnography, full inhouse Idexx laboratory. Recently having been extended, it has gone through extensive redevelopment.
