Sandrine, ovariectomy is fine in the absence of symptomatic uterine dx, whatever the age. And the Ligasure, or equivalent, is fine in larger fatter ovarian pedicels, although slower. It's a nice piece of kit. (Comment first posted Wed, Aug 13 2014)
