9yr DSH with cough, soft tissue opacity left caudodorsal lung field.  Bronchoscopy revealed a soft tissue mass blocking a main bronchial branch.  The images are from an impression smear of the mass prior to sending for histopath, which is pending. What do you think?  I'll post the histopath results when they're in
