This poor gypsy pony had been found wandering around in a field.  We managed to correct the paraphimposis after several days of belly bandaging, sugared lube application and bute.  He was passing huge roundworms in the faeces so we wormed him... at which point he acutely colicked and died passing vast quantities of the horrible things.
